The objective of this programme is to expose potential employers to the specific expertise and experience of MAF veterans during their service with the MAF where the veterans may contribute productively in the current workforce market in either the public or private sectors.

In addition, employers may offer job vacancies to the DVA while having the opportunity to hire an efficient, experienced and disciplined workforce.

Through the programme, the DVA also hopes that potential employers will give the MAF veterans the opportunity to serve in their organisations as recognition of their expertise as well as their sacrifices and loyal service to the nation.
