  3. Possesses outstanding entrepreneurial characteristics such as honesty, confidence, resilience, positive thinking, creativity and high level of self-discipline

  4. Willing to attend courses that have been identified

  5. Favourable record with financial institutions

  6. Willing to work full-time

  7. Able to finance 10% of the entire project cost
