  1. To raise the potential of MAF veterans to a more competitive level for an improved quality of life.

  2. To assist in the resettlement process of MAF veterans from active military service to civilian life.

  3. To honour MAF veterans with recognition and appropriate programmes for their sacrifices to the nation.

  4. To be the resource centre for MAF veterans.

  5. To execute promotional programmes in order to enhance the image of the department.
