The DVA Management Team’s commitment to quality is explained in the following Quality Policy:

 

  • Always committed to extending welfare aid; improving the development of socio-economic status of MAF veterans through training, matching and placement of careers; executing the payment of pension through an efficient and professional management system based on the MS ISO 9001:2008 standard.

  • Always committed to achieving excellence in the service provided to MAF veterans through continuous upgrading activities

  • Always dedicated to providing outstanding and efficient services to the satisfaction of all MAF veterans To achieve these, the DVA will continue to adopt the following measures:

  • Preserving the well-being of MAF veterans by way of an efficient and professional management system based on the MS ISO 9001:2008

  • Ensuring the involvement of all levels of personnel of the organisation to achieve a quality management system
