This benefit may be granted to an officer or serviceman who has completed his term of service or to an officer/ serviceman who dies while in MAF service (to be paid to the dependant) except in the case of an officer/ serviceman whose service is terminated due to misconduct. Outstanding accumulated annual leave must be those days that could not be utilised in the current year in the interest of service (maximum of 150 days only).
